The Problem We Aim to Transform
In Brazil, countless young people and children grow up in environments marked by poverty, dysfunctional families, and without references of self-esteem or self-love. Without values and principles to sustain their identity, they become vulnerable to destructive paths.
The consequences are clear:
- Drug use and addictions to numb untreated emotional pain.
- Involvement in theft and crime as an escape or attempt to belong
- Dropping out of school, cycles of poverty, and physical and mental illnesses.
- A lack of vision for the future, living without purpose or awareness of the value of their own lives.
These realities do not arise from nowhere. They are a direct reflection of unconsciousness — of the absence of practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit, and of emotional emptiness left by environments without love, principles, or direction
Our Solution
The Nova Consciência — Holistic Healing Retreat was created to offer exactly what has been missing for these young people, children, and also adults who still carry these same patterns.

We believe that all major societal problems have their root in unconsciousness — in a lack of clarity about who we are, why we are here, and how to live in harmony with each other and with the Earth.

entire social fabric — starting with the heart of each person.

Massage, reflexology, inner child healing, Reiki, ThetaHealing, and other approaches that restore inner balance.
Inner Bonding Workshop
A powerful process to heal the cycle of shame and self-abandonment that leads to anxiety, depression, addiction, loneliness, and relationship failure. Here, participants learn how to love themselves rather than reject themselves, and how to make their best decisions through consistent connection with their personal source of spiritual guidance.
Lectures and Study Groups
Inspiring gatherings that teach noble values and awaken participants to a
life of greater purpose.
Sustainable Garden (Horta)
A community garden that nourishes the body with healthy foods, teaches
environmental responsibility, and reconnects people to nature.
Our Sustainable Model with Social Impact
In addition to all these programs, Nova Consciência adopts an intelligent and compassionate model to ensure the center’s financial sustainability while amplifying its social impact.
Rooms are rented to holistic therapists, who offer their services independently, helping keep our space thriving. In return, they agree to provide a few sessions each month at highly reduced rates for individuals in vulnerable situations — for example, sessions that normally start at $45 can be offered at no cost to the community, thanks to subsidies fully covered by donations and sponsorships.
Likewise, our classes, workshops, and lectures can be entirely sponsored by donors, allowing from 1 up to 300 people to access this transformative knowledge — online or in person — free of charge throughout the year. In this way, we make self-knowledge, practical spirituality, and holistic healing accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances.
